How to send it back
- Ask me for the return address. Send a return request through the contact
form and I'll reply with the address to post it to — usually the same day.
- Pack it in a padded mailer. It didn't come in a box, so there's no box to hunt for — a
bubble mailer is all it needs. Pop these three things in:
- The Fone
- The USB wall adapter
- The USB cable
- Mail it to the address I send you. Return shipping is on you, and any carrier is fine.
- Tell me it's on its way. Reply to any of my emails, or send me the tracking
number, so I know to look out for it.
Your refund goes back to your original card as soon as it arrives — the full deposit, nothing
held back. Rather keep it? Even easier: do nothing at all, and the deposit simply becomes the price.
